The history and evolution of fashion is something I really enjoy to read about when I want to disconnect my mind from everything and just want a relaxed read in the sofa with a cup of tea, learning from the big brands like in this case Dior is going back on years and years of work and in my case even get some life inspiration.
My latest read and now in my cafe table is Little Book of DiorbyKaren Homer,a pocket-sized and beautifully illustrated story of 70 years of opulent fashion, 70 years of Dior. Christian Dior’s spectacular rise to the upper echelons of the Parisian fashion world is one of the most compelling stories of twentieth-century fashion. Dior’s debut collection in 1947 invented the New Look silhouette and revolutionised the way women dressed, shopped and saw themselves.
